The low-rise apartment complex facing Muvattupuzha river consists of 15 two-bedroom economy apartments in three floors in an L-shaped plot. The design focuses on providing a compact solution that optimally utilises the shape restriction of the plot to provide maximum possible built-up area as per the local building rules. The program also includes on-site parking facility for a car per apartment.
 
The Ground Floor is entirely left without any apartment units. The space is completely utilised for parking and service rooms. This will also protect the occupants in the case of flooding in the river as the raised apartment units will remain unaffected. The compact apartments are arranged in order to have sustained daylight in every room and eliminate the need for artificial lighting during day hours.
